小时候我就和书结拜成了姐妹，和它天天在一起，我们只要彼此相见了，就很难再分开，直到我疲倦了，我们才会依依不舍的分开，不过我们都会期待明天的相见。读书给了我办心最真切的感受，在知识的百库中分享到了读书的快乐，使我的大脑越来越充实。在书中我可以体会到书的'魅力。它吸引着爱学习的我，我的眼球让我不得不拿起书津津有味地读起来。在书中我可会到任何的喜怒哀乐，它好像已经和我融为一体了。我会为卖火柴的小女孩没吃没睡不冻死在街头而哭泣难过，我会为满江红里豪情壮志的岳飞而骄傲无比。我会为西游记里的聪明猴头而喝彩。在书上我可以学到课本上没有的知识。在我寂寞的时候它陪伴着我，它送给我快乐。在我烦恼的时候，它帮我分忧，在我觉得无聊时，还是这个姐妹为我讲述着一个个动人的故事。

记得妈妈从书店买来一本《左手倒影，右手年华》的课外书时，我随手一翻，便被它的精典深深地吸引了。我匆匆忙忙，囫囵吞枣地吃完晚饭，就陶醉在书的百库里，一直到晚上九点也不肯和它说再见。在妈妈的责备声中我硬着头皮很不情愿的放开了书，可我早有了我的计划，等妈妈爸爸进入梦乡，那就是我的天下了。我小心翼翼地拿来手电筒，生怕吵了他们，然后连书一起藏进了被窝，借着手电筒的光我就像饥饿的人扑在面包上一样，我连夜乍完了这本书，熟睡中的爸妈浑然不知我的一夜疯狂，这一夜我有着前所未有的快乐和兴奋。第二天醒来时黑眼圈告诉我那是一个很不好的习惯，至今还是我心里的小秘密呢!

书让我成长，书让我进步，”读书破万卷下笔如有神。“以后我一定要多读书，如果你要获得更多的知识，吸收更多的营养，那就从现在起让我们养成爱好阅读的好习惯，一生与书为友吧!

记得去年当我们排练话剧《幽默辩论》的时候，我饰演的角色需要表演一段双节棍，为此，我特意向大二的师哥讨教、学习，练习中好几次打伤自己．最严重的一次是硬生生的将铁棍砸在后背上，趴在地上的我顿时感觉一阵难忍的痛．然而当我看到朋友们关切的眼神的时候，听到朋友们一句句温暖的`话语的时候，“怎么样，能行吗，没事吧，要不我们去医院吧”，我的心被感动了，我和我的伙伴们共同将激情注入到了我们的话剧中，一个星期的排练下来，我们的话剧被隆重推出了，鲜花与掌声映出我们喜悦的笑脸．

许多同学常常感叹学习的枯燥与无味，重要原因之一就是心中缺少了激情．

假如梦想没有激情，事业将一片荒芜；

假如心灵没有激情，生活将平淡无奇；

假如行动没有激情，人生将一无所成！

我们的职业被誉为“白衣天使”，是人们对护士形象美和内在美的深情赞誉。一袭飘然白衣，是一颗纯洁的心灵;一顶别致的燕帽，是一项守护生命的重任。无数个阳光灿烂的早晨，我们倾听治疗碗盘的协奏曲;无数个不眠不休的夜晚，我们感受生存和死亡的交响乐章。都说我们的崇高伟大，可是又有谁想得到，在这份崇高伟大的背后，其实是一颗颗普通的天使心!

从我的亲身经历中，我才真切地感到我们的工作中是多么的苦和累!打针、发药、铺床、输液，在苦中感受着呵护生命的快乐;交班、接班、白天、黑夜，在累中把握着生命轮回的航舵。在人们眼中，我们济世救人，是“白衣天使”是“健康的卫士”，天使几乎成了我们的代名词，我们的职业是高尚的，但同时我们的职业也是清苦的。工作对我们的要求是苛刻的。白大褂一穿，什么情绪和烦恼都得抛得远远的。

在医院消毒水的气味中，我们走过了清纯的少女时代;从血淋淋的伤口边我们走过了炙热的青春年华;在白色的氛围中送走了无数个宁静的夜晚;在爱人的期待和孩子的埋怨中把自己奉献给了一个个伤痛病人。众所周知我们的工作辛苦，没有固顶的节假日;没有固顶休息时间。工作琐碎，责任重大。有的护士还需要跟麻风患者、精神病患者、传染病患者打交道。我们默默无闻的付出了很多。然而我们却经常遇到委屈和误解。但我们无怨无悔。只要我在这个岗位一天，我将倾尽自己的热情服务一天，直至我慢慢老去。因为我们深知服务对象是一个个需要人帮助和同情、在病痛中苦苦挣扎的病人。

“三分治疗，七分护理。”于是我越来越能够感觉出护理工作的重要必。曾经有人说过。“拉开人生帷幕的人是护士，拉上人生帷幕的人也是护士。”是啊，在人的一生当中有谁会不需要护士的细致关心和悉心照顾呢?“护理工作是一门精细的世术。“护士要有一颗同情的心，要有一双愿意工作的手。”新形象的护士是会用她们的爱心，耐心，细心和责任心解除病人的病痛，用无私的奉献支撑起无力的生命，重新扬起生的风帆，让痛苦的脸上重绽笑颜，让一个个家庭都重现欢声笑语~“神话中天使的美丽在于她的圣洁与善良，而白衣天使的美丽在于温馨与微笑。”

there is only one failure called never try what is success? different people have different ideas.you may say success is the realization of ones hopesand justified goals.under such notion,however,people have different understanding of success because the hopes and goals they cherish vary from one another.there may ba so mangy kinds of success in the world that i cant enumerate them all.so maybe its difficult to set a defination for success.but ,in my opinion,its easy to define what is failure---there is only one failure called never try.everyone has his dreams but not all of them dare to make it come true.just like a huter aimed at his game but never fire or a soldier who crying out but never toward.they are afraid of failure that they might encounter.that reminds me of a game we used to play.

we put the chairs in a circle.and the player must pass through th barriers made by the chairs with his eyes covered up.he would be allowed to memorize the positions of the chairs.but as soon as his eyes is covered,we will remove all the chairs.sometimes,our life is just like such kind of game.we tried our best not to bump against the barriers.but these things turn out to be existing only in our minds.and sometimes,we made them for ourselves.we dare not to participate a competition or get cold feet to call the boy or girl we love.it turns out that the barriers we made for ourselves lead to the loss of a lot of things.dont give up trying untill you really bump against the chairs.even so,at least you have a place to sit on.some people would say i tried but i failed to pass an exam or to find a job.iam a failure .but on the contrary,i prefer to call these things setbacks instead of failures.there is no failure in a winner s dictionary.it doesnt matter i you have a tumble , what really matters is that you lose the courage to stand up and give it another try.

the process is full of tears and pains.just look back on how we learn to walk when we are young.if we gave up easily,today we may only crawl .if tomas edison gave up easily in finding a proper material to make a bulb,maybe we will live in the darkness after the sunset.perhaps we need some torches to go on with our competition.i,myself,a shy person by nature who easily suffers from stage fright,had to get up my courage to take part in this speech contest like this.i could have stayed away and had an easy time of it by not coming here.but i chose to accept the challenge and to face the difficulties.

now here i am.i will try my best because i know i would broaden my horizon and make a lot of friends here.i still remember the first time i sang a song at a party ,the first time talking to a foreign friends,the first time made a speech on the platform,etc.although at first they almost scared me to death,but when it was over,i feel its worthing trying.there is a saying goes,people often regret what they didnt do instead of what they have done.forrest gump often says,life is like a box of chacolate ,you never know what you are gonna get.

today the topic of my impromtu speech is that when it is dark enough, you can see the stars. i can’t agree with this saying more. in my opinion, darkness is about the frustrations. “enough” is about the effort and the “stars” are the hopes, dreams or success. so this saying teaches me three things: making my objective and direction clear, being prepared for wrestling with frustrations and difficulties and importantly, keeping in faith. so, i have three points to support my opinion.

first, we should make our objective and direction clear before we set out. we can’t see the stars during the day time. is it because that there are no stars here? of cause not. the stars are over there in the sky all the time. we can’t see them because they are hidden behind the sunlignt. so, we shouldnot waste our time. rather, we should turn to the night to find our stars. so before we set out for our dreams. it’s very important to know what exactly we want and which direction to go to find it.

second, we should be prepared for wresting with frustrations and difficulties. we can’t expect that the way to our objective are smooth and easy. in the darkness, we may feel cold, lonely and be afraid of some unexpected frustrations, just as on the way to our dreams and success. but, only in darkness could we see the stars. similarly, only by experiencing harships and setbacks can we be clear about our goals and objectives. so, we should be not afraid of the difficulties we have to experience. rather, we should hold a positive attitude to fully prepared for them.

the last but not the least point is that we should keep in faith and don’t give up. sometime we may feel disappointed after having been working hard for such a long time but still can’t reach our dreams. but, we shouldn’t give up and instead we should just keep in faith. may be our efforts are not enough. we need to work hard and keep waiting for a little bit longer, and we will see the hope soon.

to conclude, if we choose the stars, we should be aware that we choose the darkness, too. if we want to enjoy the stars, make every efforts we can to defeat our fear to the darkness and keep in faith on ourselves. in the end, we will surly see our own stars.

春风化雨润心田

从古到今，人们把最美最美的赞美给了老师――是红烛，点燃自已，照亮别人；是耕牛，任劳任怨，负重前行；是园丁，晨兴夙寐，精心培育花花草草；是航灯，永不熄灭，在暗夜里指引前进的方向。作为人类灵魂的工程师，我们有责任，也有勇气担当起“教书育人”的千钧重担。

教书育人，需要忠诚、坚守和毅力。日复一日的平凡，容易消磨我们的意志；物欲横流的诱惑，也在考验着我们的良心。在这方清贫而清静的土地上，我们默默耕耘。付出的是汗水，收获的是鲜花。当看到自己的学生成长着、进步着、向上着的时候，我们的内心洋溢着巨大的满足感和成就感，这种神圣的情感，纯粹而且高尚。

在我们＊＊中学，就有这样一位领路人，她用自己的一举一动，一言一行，向学生阐明了什么是崇高、什么是伟大、什么是奉献、什么是责任！她，就是石文英老师。石文英老师向来对自己要求十分严格，对学生更是亲切有加。她视三尺讲台为战场，在这方属于自己的田地里辛勤耕耘着。200？年？月，由于超负荷工作，石文英老师终于累倒了。她被送上了手术台，经过几小时的苦苦鏖战，她终于闯过了鬼门关。躺在病床上，石老师一刻也不能忘记自己的学生，对他们的学习更不能放心。当学生们送来鲜花表示慰问的时候，石老师哭了，她感谢这些孩子们，是他们，给了自己生的希望和勇气。医生要求她术后静养3个月，可是，她不能等到那一天，她的学生需要她，她的讲台需要她，她的神圣的使命催促她站起来。仅仅才休养了7天，伤口的线刚刚拆除，她就不管不顾、无怨无悔地回到了她的学生们中间。她的丈夫又生气又心疼地问她，你不要命了?她说，为了这班孩子们，她就是拼上命，也不能耽误了他们的前程。这是怎样的一种精神，这是怎样的一种激情，她虽不是战场上杀敌的英雄，却丝毫不比英雄逊色啊。

在教育这个大花坛里，既少不了赤诚情怀的一线耕耘者，更少不了坚持不懈的.教育组织者。我们中学的张晓林校长，就是这样一个奔走不息的人。他是一个典型的大胖子，体重将近100公斤。谁都知道，胖人怕动，但是他却不然。是什么驱使他“动”起来呢？原来每年招生的时候，为了提高学校的入学率，动员更多的学生报考，张校长总是身先士卒，骑着他咣咣乱响的破摩托，走村串户，上门下地，挨家挨户进行招生动员。他长相福态，没有架子，又经常乐呵呵的，所以他走到哪儿都受欢迎。没有谁能计算清楚，这么多年来他跑了多少路，也没有谁能估摸出，他流了多少汗、吃了多少苦、受了多少罪。张校长却哈哈一笑说，我们的目标是一致的，我们的辛劳是相同的，我们的前途是一片光明的。（幽默语气）
